Antistatic flooring uses the conductive network formed between antistatic particles to conduct electricity, providing a permanent antistatic function.It can control static electricity on computer communications, various electronic equipment, and static-sensitive devices, to prevent damage to computer memory, and electronic instruments inside. They are widely used in electronic industrial production, semiconductors, electronic product assembly, and large-scale integrated circuits of clean workshops and laboratories hospital operating theatres, and CT rooms. Avoid static electricity generated by the human body moving in the workshop.
The surface is made of polymer material and has excellent waterproof properties.
The fireproof grade reaches B1. It has high flame retardant property and can effectively stop the spread of flame.
Antistatic flooring adopts a single structure, improves the thickness of the wear-resistant layer, and adopts a reasonable friction coefficient to skillfully disperse walking pressure and shock absorption.
The Anti-Static Flooring surface layer adopts PUR technology, which has good anti-fouling and waterproofing performance and can reduce the frequency of daily maintenance such as waxing and cleaning, and reduce the cost of regular maintenance.

The first step: is floor preparation
The ground base is smooth, flat, and strong enough, and the ground should not be more than 2mm. The floor does not meet the construction requirements and must be self-leveling cement.
Step 2: It is necessary to lay conductive copper foil. Stick the copper foil strips on the floor according to the specified size to form a network, where the copper foil crosses, must be bonded with conductive adhesive to ensure the copper foil conductivity.
Step 3 After completing the copper foil laying, it is necessary to scrape and apply the conductive glue, the glue should be evenly scraped and the weight should be moderate.
Step 4: After waiting for some time, then use a large iron wheel to squeeze the air, so that the paste good flooring is more serviceable and smooth.
Step 5: PVC anti-static coil laying is completed. In the floor joints with the professional grooving device, using the torch welding line, waiting for the welding line to cool down some of the timely use of appropriate shovel off the protruding part of the welding line.
Roll with kraft paper ourside. Pallets are necessary for LCL.
